My EE app wont link to my broadband it keeps saying "We're having trouble linking your products" what is going wrong?

@kaimann1 This is the same issue I reported on the 7/8/23. HERE I’ve tried multiple times and I still get the same result. Doesn’t matter how I try to link it via the 2 ways offered it just doesn’t work.

@James_B @Christopher_G It’s linked via my online account so I just don’t get why the app doesn’t link or even show my BB account. I’ll try and give customer services a call today/over the weekend.

I'm not sure why either, @Chris_B. Would be interesting to know what caused/fixed it, if you could come back and let us know?
