EE app won’t show any of my products

Been with EE years now, never had any issues so haven’t checked the app for a while.

went to log in today as my wife wants to add a line to my plan for her to move from another network, yet when I log in, I can’t see any of my products that where there last time I logged in (long time ago) currently should have my line, extra line for my Apple Watch, another pay as you go line for my daughter, and a sim plan for my mother-in-law.

 

Nothing shows at all, when I try to link mine, it says there’s been an issue? Is there a known problem with the app? I’ve tried deleting and re-installing, but that didn’t help either? 
Any other options I can try? On IPhone 15plus is that helps at all?

Our customer care team on 150 will be able to remove your account and help set it back up ensuring all your products are linked. 

Please give them a call OR visit your local EE Store.

Thanks for coming here. 

That's strange, especially if you have previously been able to view them OK. 

I would be interested to know, if you log in to your EE account online do you see your products?

Hi @Katie_B ,

 

Just logged in online and no it doesn’t show anything on there either. I don’t get it as all my services still work, and I’m still paying my bills.

I’ve only noticed it as I wanted to add an extra line onto the plan for my wife. I guess I’ll need to go into a store to get this sorted 🙄
