EE app on mobile phone

4 June 2023. Mobile EE app not working. Have re installed but no joy. Samsung mobile phone with latest updates. Suggestions please. Can log into EE website on mobile.

Did you fully delete the app and download it again from the app store?

Hi, am no expert but I selected uninstall and then re installed again from Google Playstore. Thanks for responding.
