Over this weekend we seem to have lost access to all social media sites despite parental controls being set t allow them. However, since Sunday the EE app will not load parental controls. I just get the loading icon spinning endlessly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times now. As well as rebooting the router. No change.
Anyone else experiencing this and or have a solution?
I'm using a Pixel 6a.

@graemefr have you tried clearing the device cache? Uninstall the app clear the cache and then reinstall the app.

Thanks @Chris_B Yes I've tried that and its still not working. Customer support said theres an app upsdate i the next 24hrs.

Yes I have @Chris_B The online account won't let you change parental controls. It simply points you to the app.

Did our customer care team try removing content lock for you?
Have you been able to check this morning to see if there is an update available?

No they didnt. Not sure why there woud be a content block.
And the app is up to date.
