EE app not compatible with my Xiaomi phone Redme 9 - I just joined EE 2024

I have just joined EE today (Feb 2024), and scanned the QR code I got in the post to download the EE app, but I just get  a msg that the app is incompatilbe with my phone, why is this ? I see alot of old posts about this from 2021, so has EE still not bothered to provide an app that will work with this brand of phone, After 1 day with them, already thinking of leaving if they cannot be bothered with Xiaomi phone customers.... Any updated information about this please?

Hi @Gongman. 

Although EE now sell Xiaomi phones, the model REDME 9 is not supported on the EE network.

So what are we supposed to do if we want to change things.

To use the EE network you would be required to use a handset that is supported.
