EE app glitching

Obutler22

Hi,

I’ve just signed up to EE Broadband (1.6Gb Ultimate) through the migrate-to-EE process. The order is confirmed and the engineer is booked for 21 August.

The EE app is glitching on the Manage tab. It sits on the loading animation (the two yellow dots) for a long time, then briefly shows the Broadband and TV section saying I’ll see my first bill once everything is active and that I’ll pay by Direct Debit on the 26th. After a few seconds it goes back to the loading screen and stays there.

I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, but it keeps doing the same thing. I can’t get into Orders or Broadband properly to check the install details.

iPhone, latest iOS. Happening this afternoon (18 August).

Anyone else seeing this, or is it just because the broadband isn’t live yet?

Thanks.

Here’s a short video of what the app is doing — it sits on the yellow loading dots on Manage, briefly shows the Broadband and TV message, then goes back to loading.
