My app is show on screen 

Your account is now closed.

So please check this issue and resolve it.

Two month i used this sim as pay as go and after i used pay monthly like contract base.

So please resolve my app issue.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B has mentioned, you will need to speak with our team over the phone on 150 from an EE Mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone. They will be able to remove any previous associations and make sure everything is set up for you.
