Hey I haven’t been able to access my account online or on app since late march I spent over 2 hours on phone at the beginning of April about this issue and spoke to 3 different tech support members and I was promised it would be fixed I check once maybe twice daily I’ve tried to log in with multiple different ip addresses and even family members handsets and still same issues can anyone help , Jennifer ❤️

Have customer service done an account refresh? Have you uninstalled your app, rebooted and reinstalled it?
I would first suggest getting customer service to do an account refresh, as that could solve the problem, not sure why some are getting this problem, as I have been with them for almost 30 years and never had this problem.
