I have seen alot of people stating this app never works i have recently merged from BT biggest mistake ever! i have spoken to tech team twice said they was sorting this issue i cannot access my internet controls nor can i even see my BILLS!! i never had any issues with BT! if this persists i am leaving!

This is the message every time I try login not once have I been able to login to my account. I can login on my PC but says Same message shows no bills or anything!
