@Enachescu75   As posted on this forum try clearing your device cache and uninstalling and reinstall the app.   You can even access your account online and you don’t even need to use the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Doesn't that defeat the object of having the App

 

Right now I have no data ...what is happening..
