Haven’t logged into the app for a long time and I receive the same error message on both the app and browser.
Enter my details, enter a pin, confirm the pin and get the error message.
Tried new password, on browser and app.
New EE broadband today and can’t access the app, so very frustrating.

I know you'll be eager to get access to your online account again.
Have you tried doing this on a different device or web browser to see if this resolves things? What error message are you seeing?

I have tried both browser and app. Just got off the phone and has been escalated 🤞
