I am trying to see my plan, subscriptions etc. On the app of EE, but no information displayed. I am a new customer and bought this morning a plan but not sure what I have chosen and when is the payment scheduled. No EE agent available on 150 number or via chat. It is not a good start because comparing to others providers never had these issues. Anyone from EE can clarify why in my account no information are displayed? Thanks
