Changing a password

Has anyone tried to change their password on the appallingly poor EE website?  It has taken me an hour to get the right link to do so.

The EE website is top the list for uselessness, being unfriendly and unnecessarily complicated. 

Shame on you EE.

@HaHa77heheJOKE : Yes. Forgot your password? is on the login screen under the Username field, much the same as most sites with user a/c's.
