Logged into the EE site, tried to select the 'Track my order' but the page just keeps refreshing until it just shows 'Blocked'. After that I lose access from that and other browsers.
I am able to log into the site using a VPN, although I avoid the refreshing page.
Is this a temporary site fault?

this only happen on your broadband or on your mobile data or both?
if your blocked on your credentials doesn’t matter if you use a VPN or not as the system will know due to the credentials.
because EE don’t actively ban EE customers from using the site or app that this means the issue your facing is to do with your profile, I would recommend contacting EE for further investigation.
