EE Website Issues - Since December

For a good few weeks now I've been having issues with the EE website and app. Is anyone else experiencing this and has EE responded to complaints if so? Issues are below.

  • I either get an error message on my profile page, or it's just constantly stuck on loading.
  • Can't check for contract updates although I know I'm due for one.
  • Shop won't load at all, or takes a while and when it does I get stuck in a loop where I click a link and it sends me back to previous page I was on.
  • I'm getting an error message on the app which reads "Sorry, something's gone wrong" it tells me to refresh or try back later but to no avail!

I've been trying to process an upgrade, join EE broadband and add a tablet to my account since December.

This is the same problem for us. We are  a small business and need to access our billing for the past 3 months to prepare our VAT returns. This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever encountered - a real pity as everything else about EE seems great. EE really need to rethink this website - its not user friendly!

Doing this for me also, raised a complaint with EE today after spending over 2 hours on the phone.... wednesday I will be raising a complaint with ofcom as I presume going off the none action on this forum EE will do nothing.

Just tried to respond and even this EE site failed

anyway, I was responding by saying I have experienced exactly the same issues with the EE internet service in the last few weeks

However, the EE service has been horrific for best part of a year, albeit not with the problem you noted (until recently)

EE have sent out totally incompetent service engineers several times over the last year without resolution. Your issues are helpful on as much as I can quote ano customer with the ONE of the issues I have
