Hi all
I'm having trouble accessing all my details as EE is telling me I'm not the account holder for some reason- can anyone advise on how to sort this, without having to call EE directly?

@Beccy85 that because you’ve set yourself up as an account user and not as the bill payer you can change this from within your online EE account.

I can't find how to do it. All the settings are greyed out 😞

Hi @Beccy85.
Are you logging in via your EE account online rather than the app?
If the settings continue to show as greyed out, it will be a case of giving customer care a call on 150.
