Hi, I'm trying to login to my EE Perks account after receiving confirmation earlier today that the account is ready to use.
When I tried to log in, it say my username/password was incorrect. I went ahead and reset my credentials using the "Forgot Login" option and received the "Your password has been updated successfully" prompt. But when I go back to log in, I'm presented with the same message saying my username/password was incorrect. I've done this a couple times now and I'm unable to login to my perks account.

I'm using my phone (Android) and the Edge browser and get the same error.
Where I normally try this on my computer, I'm using FireFox on Windows 11.

Hi,
i need help as its not allowing me to log in for my EE perks. Im always having this message.
Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
I've tried to reset my password which its allowed me to and again its saying the same thing.
