I’ve started a chat on EE but now I can’t find where my messages are. The notifications are coming through that someone is speaking to me but when I click on them they don’t go back to the chat. Does anyone know where I can find my messages please.
When you receive any messages from our team, you should be able to access these by heading to the 'Help' section of the EE app. What was it you were looking to speak with us about?
