Since upgrading I can’t login in to the EE app. Anyone have any ideas why? Thanks

Thanks for coming to the community.

I know how important it is to manage your account online.

Please try to delete the app and install again to see if that lets you view your account.

If it doesn't, have a look to see if you can login to the account through the EE website.

If you still can't get access to both or either the app or website, please contact our tech guides, who can bring up your account to see what is causing this and help to get it resolved for you.
