EE App not working

My EE app on my phone isn't working, tried re installing but no joy. Go to website and some features aren't working, can't gift data. Tried installing app on my tablet and doesn't work there either

Still cannot gift data. It’s been about 8 months now! The UK’s largest and fastest network cannot deliver a functioning mobile app!

Hi Katie,

Every person I speak to at EE is aware of the issue, if your tech guys aren’t aware then that is a serious EE problem! The app does not allow you to gift data. Check many forums, we are all running the latest app, all cleared cache, all reinstalled the app, all tried the desktop website, for the best part of a year there is physically no way of gifting data and there is clearly no appetite for EE to resolve it!

As you have been experiencing this for some time I'd recommend reporting this by giving us a call.

Our technical care team will be able to investigate this further and will also be able to escalate this to the relevant team.
