Im having this exact issue and just after upgrading my contract too, something needs to be done and some communication from them would be nice to tbh

Seems every single customer is having an issue with this. I thought it was because I switch phones after upgrade but that was 6 days ago and app was working up until today.

I personally can sign in through the website. So for me it's 100% the app

Yes unfortunately it seems to be broken.
Hopefully EE will expedite the fix or rollback this update.

Yes, same here. Haven't been able to sign into the app all day but online hasn't been an issue ... just not what I want 😞

The app is awful at the best of times. This "update" seems to have made it worse. Not a good look for a tech' company.

Have tried numerous times to use THE EE APP but can't get into it. Have tried unistalling it, but still nothing
Have cleared the cache still nothing. Anyone had the same issue? Any ideas? Thank you

@Hswarrior1987 It’s not every customer as I can use the app.
Have you tried clearing the device history and cookies and deleting and reinstalling the app.
