I cannot see any of my Bills, Plans or information on the App nor the Website. I just keep getting an error message.
I pay my bill by DD, but I want to actually see a copy of my whole bill and usages, as well as the add on's I have.
Yes I have reinstalled the app, cleared cache, cleared cookies and followed all the instructions.
*Sadly from reading through the EE community it would appear this is common at the moment! EE I would like to see what I am paying for, as is my right, Sort it out!!!

Same issue, we're a business account and cant even download an invoice!

The support team are just playing dumb at this point.
I think it is time for this to brought to the attention of Trading Standards and Often(?)
Taking money and not providing a basic service should mean a refund each month it is not sorted??? Surely that's why you and the other companies charge extra while on contract each April for upgrades and maintenance??? Except you do absolutely nothing and the service is appalling
