Hi All
The EE app for me this morning is not loading get a welcome to EE and then get a spinning wheel of doom, I can see others with the same issues this morning, was working fine yesterday, seems to be since last night iOS update 18.0.1 anyone else see the same issues - I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but you get the same

Just to start yet another thread of the same problem in the hope EE Tech or App support will pay attention and sort the problem out.
I (like many others) pay nearly £150pm for multiple phone and broadband contracts for my family. The app being the sole access to broadband controls. It doesn't work, we appear to have had no communication, acknowledgement or apology. Like many others, I tried calling to report the issue but Tech appear so overwhelmed it's futile.
EE - please sort the problem out asap. It's poor customer care and service to ignore customers who are frustrated and need to access the services they pay (a lot of money) for. Acknowledge the issue by email to all customers, tell us when to expect a resolution and offer help if needed. Please.

How long have you left it spinning. It can take a few minutes initially.
Also if you have an android device try clearing the app cache/data.

I’ve got the exact same problem and I also have been on the phone to EE the last week with numerous complaints! I’ve never known the service from EE be so poor. I’m still waiting for them to send me the envelope to trade in an old device but as I can not access the app I can’t message to say.. I don’t plan on spending my full Sunday on the phone again!!

Hi @Alyx_L There service has gone down hill allot since the BT take over, it gradually got worse over the years, EE used to be very good, but now they seem to put hurdles in the way when you have an issue and don't take ownership of an a problem, they promise callbacks and don't make them very poor customer service not sure how they win awards each year tbh
You can uninstall/reinstall the app and it will work for a short period then you get the spinning wheel thing after a short period.

I'm getting this wheel of doom today. The only way to log in is to clear the cache before each login. I use Nokia X10 Android 13 build 00WW_3_400_SP09.
I've done all the usual, unload app, reload app, clear cache, scratch head, swear.
Anybody fixing it today? On a Sunday?

I had to reinstall the EE App on the iPhone owing to it not seeing my Router
on first use it was fine, however when I relaunched it it thought I needed setup and stuck setting up my device
this looks to be an issue setting push notifications as a check during first launch after a reinstall shows a spinning icon on push notifications
an Incident has been logged to EE around this
anyone else seeing the issue?
for reference, it occurs on the latest iOS (18.0.1), and even iPadOS
first use of app is all ok, only when fresh relaunching app does this occur
What greets me on relaunch of App
What happens at 2nd launch (a)
pressing Next yields
On pressing next on 2nd launch (b)
a reinstall (or install on iPad), and first launch
Checking the app settings in the app shows it seems to have issues with Push Notifications
no popups occur on the device asking for permissions
Checking app at settings on new install (a)
and checking in Settings of device show it did not set any notifications
