EE APP/Website shows previous owners contract.

I currently have a two year contract which is due to finish (I Think). My phone broke so I am now using my partners older phone with my sim card init. 

 

When I launch the app or website it states im paying £53(partners contract) and an upgrade date ect.. My plan is £39 a month which is coming out monthly at that amount but states the previous owners details. Will the upgrade be for my phone or hers with amount billed is for hers and not mine?

 

I have even been to live chat and told them my number buts its still showing them the £53 info and not my £39 plan

@Wilkesy91  On the my EE app logout of the app and then login using your email and password.   Go to settings and at the bottom log out

 

or are both devices on the same account?   If they are you need to click the 3 lines top left and then click the name at the top and then change it to your tariff. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
