Just bought a sim only deal with a E-sim had email with contract Info but no where can I see my new number and QR code to download. Can anyone help
Also the EE app is currently having maintenance issues 🙄

Welcome to the community.
You should be able to access the app now. Our Downloading and using an eSIM help page explains all of the different ways to register an eSIM, depending on how you took your contract out, and what kind of device you're using.
