Im being advertised 20% off codes through the app, but when I try to get the code by messaging 150 it doesn't do anything. I've been with EE for as long as I can remember so I don't understand why I'd be shown the offers but am not eligible.

It just sends me a list of codes I can send to 150 and what they do, nothing about SWITCH.
