Difficulty ordering on app or websote

Has anyone else had difficulty ordering from the app or website? I have tried to add another device and plan to my account today however on the website it doesn’t allow me to get to my basket. Just loops me back to the page where I can upgrade, shop or manage my account.

On the app I get to the part where I need to view the Ts and Cs, and I get an error message saying that it can’t reach the server and to check I’m online and try again later. Have been trying all day to no avail!

Could you try doing this on a different device or browser this morning please? Let me know if it's working any better for you.
