Does anyone understand the perplexing process of linking a device to manage an account?
I have tried many times over many weeks and am still unable to do it. My daughter is away at college and I can't gift her data!
Just when I thought the EE app couldn't get any worse, it goes and pulls it out of the bag!

There are criteria for gifting data are you sure your issue is that she does not qualify. The main requirements are that you are the bill payer for both accounts and that both accounts are pay monthly.
