Hi @Northerner I tried restarting my phone and It didn't work then I messaged 150 BA and it replied with
"You have 990MB remaining of your 6.0GB data allowance. You have used 781.08MB of free data this billing period"

What happens when you try and connect to a web page or open apps?
Is this happening in all areas?

It says that the data has been blocked and I can't unblock it, and neither can my mum who is the one in charge of the phone bill.
