I need to transfer data to my son who’s away and I keep getting a blank page,

All I get is a blank screen every time I try to visit that page. Occasionally it works but that’s very rare.

I had to ring 150 - and the App was solved but not going through safari or Google online I was unable (and still unable) to see the data usage etc
