Christopher thus seems to be a widespread problem. Can you not just escalate this internally.

We're not aware of a wider issue, @Keiran75. There are a few reasons why this could be happening. The technical support team can check everything from our side and raise it to the next level, if needed. That way we'll have more information if there is a wider issue so that it can be investigated fully.

I have spoken to technical support today as the gifting data function is STILL not working. This has been a widespread problem for at least 3 weeks. EE tech support have confirmed to me today that this is a known problem that their tech teams are working on fixing as soon as possible and we need to call or start a chat to get them to manually transfer data.
When will this be fixed? Its incredibly time consuming and frustrating to have to get in touch with customer services each time i need to transfer data. I have 3 children who all need data transfers and one of the main reasons for continuing my contract with EE was for this function. I have been assured this will be fixed soon for 3 weeks and it still is not fixed.
When will the data gift function on the app or website be fixed???
