Data allowance issue

I have two additional numbers on my account t for my kids and this last month they both had issues with data allowance. I had someone give the unlimited data unitl it resets on the 9th but both kids are saying that there phone has no data and won’t work.

Do both numbers have the unlimited data add-on showing in the EE app?
