Cutting off wifi

 wifi had been cut off! i work from home and they know this and i can’t even speak to anyone to get it back on because they shut at 9pm if they shut at 9pm why have they cut off my wifi at 9:50pm at night knowing that i wouldn’t be able to phone them to get it back on i have been struggling to pay it off but i have been paying it and it says on the app ive got till the 5th of february to pay it until it gets cut off like why have they cut it off now like its not on!

You can make a one-off payment online or in the EE app using a credit or debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Just visit Pay your EE Broadband bill for details of how to do this. 

If you’re experiencing financial difficulties and can’t pay your bill, don’t worry – we’re here to support you. Depending on your situation, there are some things we can do to help which you can find on our Help if you have problems paying your bill page. 

As the app says you have until the 5th Feb to pay your services may not have been suspended. Have a look at our Fix an EE broadband connection problem for troubleshooting steps.

Welcome to the community,

If your internet is working, then EE do not cut off the Wifi, so what makes you think they would cut it off?

If you are struggling to pay your bill, you will need to speak to customer service when they are open, or they will suspend your internet.

Try speaking to them now, as they are open all day.

We have no account access and do not know who you are, so you will need to speak to one of the guides.
