Hi Can someone tell me the Telephone opening hours for the EE customer service On Saturday and Sunday Thanks

The big issue is are you going to get any customer service.

Are you going to be able to get past the wall of useless service bots to speak to a real person.

If you do speak to a real person will their crib sheets allow them to resolve  you issue. Or is their primary objective to make you believe something is being done while keeping you away from the techie who may. 

If you want to talk to a real person type GUIDE in the response to the bot

Tech tier 2 were suppossed to call me back yesterday. But no surprise radio silence. They rely on your tied into a contract and believe you can't move so treet you as a sap and cash cow

Your response teams have not solve my issue in months.

Wasted money replacing hub and repeater units

They know there are issues with the hub software but are not honest about the issue

Your Tier 2 technicians are a myth 

Your customer service is a myth beyond pretending to be warm and cuddly. The are incapable or unwilling to solve anything beyond the basic issues

Don't have the app as the EE router does not work properly. can't use
Teams, What's app etc
I have been put back onto the original BT router that appears to work
properly but does not talk to the EE App
So much for the UK's best work and providing what it promises

I'm sorry this has not been resolved for you and you're unable to access the EE app. 

If you have not already logged a complaint regarding the router and service,  you can open a complaint using the complaints form and the team will get back to you once this has been looked into.
