I cannot seem to access my current usage. When I click on it all that comes up is a blank screen

I’ve been having this issue on old app and new app and the website. Some days it will work but most it won’t. Tried everything and nothing I do changes it. I’m sorry but why can’t EE have a working app and or website. It can’t be that hard. Plenty of others seem to do it.

That’s exactly what’s happening to me. I’ve been unable to see current usage since last week. Very disappointing

Having the same issue, on the website and the App. Deleted the App and reloaded but that made no difference.

still unable to access my current usage on both the website and app. Been over a week now. Is anyone else the same
