When I try to see my current usage on both the app and web I just get a blank page. Can anyone help or is this an EE problem

If this issue is occurring on both views then there is something wrong with your account. It maybe that you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account, then you can register again. Hopefully then it will work.
