Hate this app now nothing works can't access bill or plans what's point

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Totally agree. Have been out of contract for a couple of years. Try to use the app and web to see upgrade options and just get a yellow banner saying we can't log you in - even though I'm already logged in! Then it says you can still check for upgrades..... no you can't.... worst app and site I've come across in a long time.
