Where is my account and how do I fond out how much I'm paying, plus how much longer do I have put up with this awful service...

Welcome to the community.

If you're able to log in to your account here on the EE website, you should be able to find your billing and payment information under the 'manage' section.

As, @Northerner said too, you should be able to link your services there or on the EE App, if you haven't already.

Have you registered/linked your service on the app. 

Does the EE online portal work.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
