Another day another failure of the website

One of the biggest, messiest, indian coded crap looking, poorly coded, slow loading, unstable pieces of crap I have ever used.

Something like 15 clicks to upgrade or see a bill. 

You should fire the person who designed it, it is beyond awful and by design to prevent people from leaving or using it, because otherwise you as a giatn telecoms company are incompetent.

You have been told for years and simply ignore it so A SYSTEM DOES WHAT A SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO DO

In this case infuriate customers into NOT using it

I agree totally with these sentiments, the EE app doesn't work with my EE router controls so I don't use the app and rely on the website.

The website rarely  loads properly and when logged in often in takes over 1 minute load pages as it call multiple ad and tracking links.

When logged in it sometimes reports 'account closed' and and/or I can not access my broadband information or bills.
