No just goes back to header and shows no PDF download. Have tried using different search engines and tried on mobile but nothing downloads and cannot even look at bill which would help.

Can you see any of your other account details, and does it display a general overview of the bill?

It sounds like we need to have a check over how everything is set up at our end, as you should definitely be able to see all these details when logging in.
If you reach out to our technical team, they'll be able to get your details brought up and raise this for further investigation if needs be.

@TonyMadfish We do have a messaging team available through the help section of the EE app, but in case this needs further investigation I would recommend calling our team on any of the numbers listed on the contact us page linked above.
That way if this needs to be passed through to any other teams, we can pass you straight through.
