I sent my phone in for repair last week and I've had a notification on the track my repair section that they are waiting for the customer response to the quote, yet there isn't one so I can view it, how do I go about resolving this issue?

I'm sorry that you are having trouble viewing your quote online, have you checked to see if any emails have been sent to you with a copy of the quote?
