Changing my EE account number on the APP

Hi, I have changed my EE Account today from Business to domestic but am unable to change it on the app

Thanks for coming to the community.

If it hasn't changed over automatically, it is worth giving us a call, as @Northerner mentioned. Our billing guides will be able to remove the link to the business account and get it set up with the new account number for personal account.

Give EE a call on 150 and they can do this although it should be automatic.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
