Is it just this particular link that's not working, or is it any page linked within the app?
Have you tried logging in direct through a browser too?

Hi Peter, yes same through browser, desktop as well. Tried clearing cache etc all the usual stuff. Same for other links as well as manually going through to upgrade page.

Just to check in again. I contacted 150 and spoke to level 1 tech help who passed me to level 2 tech help who said they would raise a complaint if I wanted but couldn't provide any other help. Not exactly inspiring me to stay.
