Changing address online

I see posts from 2018-2020 about not being able to change an address online.

I am trying to do that now in 2022 and I get this:

 

Your address
You don't have permission to change this setting.
Please contact the account holder if you need to change your address.
 
I am the account holder there has never been anyone else as the account holder in many years!!
 
Where can I change my address online?

Welcome to the community,

You need to make sure that you are the account holder, and that it says so by logging into your account and changing it there. If you are unable to do this, you will have to ring customer service to get this changed, then you will be able to update your address.

You should be able to change to account holder.

wants to update my adress as we moved into a new home this is not working

I have Called, the options didnt provide for adress changing
