I see posts from 2018-2020 about not being able to change an address online.
I am trying to do that now in 2022 and I get this:

Welcome to the community,
You need to make sure that you are the account holder, and that it says so by logging into your account and changing it there. If you are unable to do this, you will have to ring customer service to get this changed, then you will be able to update your address.
