Do you get an error message when you try and log in? 

Can you log into your My EE account online?

@Jaydog1971   Call customer services and request that they reset your online account.  Until you report you can not login then nothing will be done as EE don’t know you have an issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi. I get a black an white page that says login or register.....but u can do neither. Nothing I do let's me get further in. I can login online to my EE account but not the app.

Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?

Samsung s22 yes done all that many times. Will try calling ee support to try get my online account reset.
