You can update this within your EE app by selecting Plans & Subscriptions then scrolling down to Settings.

I am a broadband customer and want to change my address/inform of moving house. How come this is so difficult? Is calling the only option? I've waited 45 minutes on the phone....surely this should be actionable from the app. Also, app is saying Not allowed to view the Manage section.
Please advise.
