Is this for a mobile account? if yes, please log in to your My EE and you will find the option under Account Settings.

To update your address and direct debit details, log into your My EE account online and go to Home > Plans and Subscriptions.

You can change your billing address in the Plan & subscriptions section of your My EE account.

You can change your address in your My EE account online, then Plans and Subscriptions > Scroll down to Address > Select Change Address.

There isn't any visible account settings through the online portal. There is a 'profile' which only contains the option to change the email address or phone number.
