Cant login in to account

Cant seem to login  to my account,tryed everywhere,mobile,desktop just keeps comming up with this error,anyone know what it is

Have you been able to login in the past or have you just joined us?

Yes I've been able to login in the past about 3/4 months ago,been with ee for about 4 years and past few months that's all I get when I try login in

I'm having the same problem, been using the App for years, then this happens. No fix from EE.
