What on earth is going on here? I have seen so many posts saying the same thing! I can not access my app or online account AT ALL. Yes I have called support several times to no avail as I get told its an issue, I have tried everything like deleting app, using different email address, different device, different browser and nothing works. How can such a large company NOT be able to fix such a simple thing? Very Very poor EE.

When it comes to your app, has this worked in the past, and are you aware of whether any account changes took place around the time this stopped working?
Also there should only ever be one email address that you use to log in, so a good first step could be identifying which one this is and trying a password reset.
