The myEE app is without doubt one of the worst apps I've ever used from a mobile provider. There is always something wrong with the app/service. Currently I cannot access my plans and data. Instead I get a message from the control centre informing me of an issue. And before you ask, I have cleared my app cache and even u installed.
It's truly exhausting trying to get anything useful from this app. I should be refunded for all the time spent trying to get this useless app to work.

Are you able to log in to your account via the website?
I would suggest ringing customer service, so that they can reset your account, most customers do not have a problem with the app.
